Assessing Strategic Conversation
An organisation is wherever it is today as a result of the quality and relevance of conversations in the past. If those earlier conversations had been of the highest quality and appropriate quantity, how much further advanced would the organisation be today?
The conversations you have today will determine the success of the organisation in the future. Are the conversations held today going to be the highest possible quality - obtaining the responses and participation desired?
One of the most important and overlooked forms of conversation - is Strategic Conversation. The quality and quantity of Strategic Conversation in an organisation can be assessed subjectively by having conversations and meetings observed by an assessor, or objectively by use of an instrument. Each has unique value.
The purpose of such an assessment is to allow changes in communication behaviours to be implemented. Assessment refers only to measurement and no recommendations are made.
