Goals and Roles

There is a belief by consultants attending organisation problems, that first you get the purpose of the organisation absolutely clear and agreed upon by all stake-holder types. Then, clarify goals for the near and far futures.
Roles are then described. What evolves then is a structure derived from function. If the organisation structure doesn’t agree with the functional structure, intelligent debate can happen.
