Motivation - self/others
Our programs are research-based, results-driven, people friendly
Duration 2 days
What is this workshop about?
Motivation frequently emerges as an issue in organisations. This program familiarises participants with the forces at work in motivation and demotivation. Motivation, or lack of, can be an issue regarding self or others. The program looks at techniques for influencing motivation, and understand why they work or fail.
Research based: the workshop is based on the latest research into demotivators, neutral influences, and motivators.
Results-driven: the focus is on practical application of skills in the workplace to improve the level of motivation, and reduce the need to motivate.
People-friendly: the approach builds on and uses managers’ own experiences and is supportive, fast-paced and fun.
Who would benefit?
Organisational members who are responsible for the effective and efficient activities of others, especially during a period of change. It is also useful for those who are preparing to take such a role. It is possibly also useful for non-managerial members who wish to better understand self-motivational forces and techniques.
