People Development - causing problems
This page is being rewritten
If there is no development of people, they can’t be ready when needed. It suggests a lack of attention to forward planning. It also means that the people feel unimportant. If they go and look after their own development - and the organisation takes no interest in them or fails to help in some way, they will look for somewhere that appreciates them more.
Not every one wants to develop. Some people just want jobs to earn the money to pay the bills. These are not the people who make you special and successful.
Just as the organisation needs to change to compete and remain relevant, so also must the people in the organisation.
Part of having the right people in the right place at the right time - is to prepare the people you have for whatever it is that you will need skills for tomorrow.
We provide services to help:
- the organisation work out what skills it will need tomorrow.
- training audits to find the training gaps
- design training and development programs
- deliver training and development programs
