Poor Organisation Climate
Poor climate, as a symptom, has such a broad reach that it is inevitably connected to probably all problems ‘felt’ by the organisation as well as felt by the people within. Poor climate is not a problem, but a symptom - like body temperature is a symptom of so many health problems in humans.
Unlike human temperature, climate will not normally seek a healthy equilibrium but instead is an accident - a result of all prior decisions and / or poor execution of those decisions.
Just like temperature - climate needs to be measured. You can put your hand to your forehead, but unless you measure with an instrument it and look for other symptoms, you can make no diagnosis.
Associated phenomenon are staff turnover, poor productivity, accidents, sickness, stress, sabotage etc.
Causes are typically leadership, management, overwork, training (lack of), poor personnel compatibility...
