Poor Cooperation
This page is being rewritten
People actually want to cooperate and ‘belong’ - to achieve things. It requires an organisation that understands and facilitates cooperation, and that begins with clear and agreed purpose, goals and strategies, and clear roles for members. It also requires supporting systems and absence of obstructions - especially bureaucratic ones.
A chief system and its associated skill set is the communication system. The associated skill set refers to all forms of information sharing and generation - formal and informal.
Put the ducks in a row - and cooperation will happen.
