Communication itself also comprises three major domains: What - How - Who.  Our programs (workshops & coaching) cover all three aspects needs - what people should talk about, who they should converse with, and how they should communication with each other.  Research results from a program conducted to test the effects of  learning and using Strategic Conversation provide strong statistical support for this process.
