Strategic Risk Planning
research-based, results-driven, people-friendly
Duration: Two and one half days
What is the Strategic Risk Planning workshop about?
This workshop can be a stand-alone exercise designed to facilitate identification of strategic organisational risk elements – or used as a combined approach with a tailored strategic planning suite along with organisational capability planning. As a stand-alone workshop it uses the dynamics of strategic conversation to take delegates through a new and high-level view of risk in terms of the strategic planning loop.
Research-based: this workshop is based on a systemic and systematic risk analysis approach that was developed through recent research – that showed that organisations that pay strategic attention to risk substantially improve their performance.
Results-driven: the research data was further refined and trialled by groups of senior executives – and this workshop uses that learning
People-friendly: the approach builds on and uses managers’ own experience in risk assessment and management and is fast-paced with opportunities for discussion and analysis.
